Booking Policy

Booking fees are non refundable and non transferable. 

Once you cancel your appointment, your booking fee is forfeited. 

Boutique Beauty Bar understands things happen and schedules can change so it is asked to provide at least 72 hours for changes in your appointment to allow time to fill your spot. The less time you provide the harder it becomes so charges do apply.

If you provide more than 48 your booking fee stays with the appointment (if rescheduled). 

Less than 48 hours results in loss of booking fee and a new one needing to be paid with a new appointment and less than 24 hours/day before your appointment results in a late cancellation/reschedule fee of 50% of the remaining balance of the appointment or $50 whichever is less (this will need to be paid before your next appointment) and the loss of your booking fee and a new booking fee to be paid if booking the appointment in again. 

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled on the day of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee and the remaining of your appointment needing to be paid & no shows result in 100% of your appointment needing to be paid before you can return again. 

If you’d like to change your services e.g remove or change to something smaller, the above time frame applies. You will be responsible to pay for the original booked service/s if less than 48 hours is given.
